Not much to report; Tianna's having contractions every two minutes or so, and has been for hours. She's dilated to a 4 and is 90% effaced (as of 4 AM). She's not complaining about pain at all. Baby's still doing fine. The couch in the room converts into a bed, so I pulled that out around midnight and have been sleeping for most of the night.
They've had her with a baby heart rate monitor strapped to her belly since we got here. Well, that's not quite true. Apparently they let her be on intermittent monitoring (20 minutes every hour) during the night. She loved that because when she's not on the monitor, she doesn't have to unplug anything in order to get up and walk around. They've got her back on the constant monitor this morning, though. (That, or else they forgot to come let her off).
So far, the most exciting thing that's happened this morning is that I got a minor bloody nose when I woke up to write this blog.

Awesome--keep it up (it might be a long while yet). Crystal's in the pre-labor stages (we think), so who knows, maybe Tommy and Kessalyn will share a birthday!
Well, congratulations to both of you! Hope all is going well/went well if that is the case. You can't imagine what it is like until you hold that little girl in your arms. Cheryl and I are so excited for you! (And Elizabeth is too!)
You are quite the cute pregnant lady. Congrats!!!
Hope the labor/delivery goes well. Good luck!
I love that you're chronicling things this way! Tianna, you're my hero. By the time I was a 4, I thought I was going to die.
So excited to see the end result!
